Great place, great rooms , Alvin the the front desk guy always on point. Remembers names very well. I stay at a lot of hotels. This place is in a great area and everyone is kind and courteous. And great breakfast.
Had a great experience at this hotel staying the night. All my necessities were taken care of. The gentleman at the front desk was an absolute gem. Giving love and politeness is an acquired skill. Will come back when I’m in town again.
I booked a room here to be closer to a concert venue and they didn't disappoint. The rooms were clean, the front desk clerk at night was very nice and even recommended local eateries. I would definitely return if needed in the area
I have stayed at hotels at all across the country, and have never seen such an amazing team assembled working in sync, harmony, peace, and no drama whatsoever! Kelly, the manager, is doing an amazing job and Angel who is the Supervisor for Housekeeping is parallel in her professionalism and abilities. The entire staff is courteous and kind, and the hotel rooms are very clean with the staff always ready to accommodate!
The rooms felt very updated and new. On site amenities such as the treadmills and pools were lacking though. One treadmill wouldn't turn on and the other wouldn't go above 5 mph. The pool was incredibly over chlorinated.
